Mutton Chop

This is an old ice cream mold of a mutton chop, they also made a pork chop.  The mold was manufactured by Schall & Co., New York , marked with the manufacturers number.  The mold has a lovely dark patina on the outside, shiny on the inside and retains the original steel hinge pin.
