Hen in a Basket

These two old chocolate molds have been paired together as they might have been poured and sold in chocolate.  The molds were made by Eppelsheimer, New York both of the molds are marked with the Spinning Top (Eppelsheimers’ trade mark), the mold number and stamped “Made in USA”.  The Hen is suitable for molding chocolate, the basket has a few spots of bare steel on the inside making it not suitable for molding.  This a great set for display.
