Ambrosia pan

This antique chocolate mold is a 10lb pan used by Ambrosia Chocolate Co. to mold 10lbs of their chocolate to be sold to Chocolatiers.  The mold was made by Eppelsheimer, New York as it appears in the Master Die logs as mold #10505 & #101506 made in 1938.  This piece is unmarked but was designed so the 10 lbs of chocolate would read “Ambrosia” above and “Milwaukee” under it where the company was located.
