Heart

This antique chocolate mold is a heart that is very simple.  The mold was made by H. Walter, Berlin, the material is Plattinol (chocolatiers paid a premium for this material).  The mold is marked with the manufacturer’s name and number.  This mold is suitable for pouring chocolate.  When this mold was poured it was a chocolate heart shaped candy bar and then the chocolatier would write what the customer wished on it.
