French or Boston Bulldog

This old chocolate mold is a wonderful subject a French or Boston Bulldog, 6 1/2″.  The mold was made by Eppelsheimer, New York, unmarked but is an early mold reflected by the material tinned steel that was used. It has a piano hinge on top and to attached side clip, this was done at the factory at the request of the chocolatier the mold was made for.  This piece is suitable for molding chocolate.
