This is an old chocolate mold of an airplane with four passenger widows on each side. This is a ‘Closed” mold meaning when clipped together there is no opening in the mold. The chocolatier would pour chocolate into each half , glue it together with chocolate for a solid piece or pour chocolate into half of the mold clip it together and then hand tumble the mold for a hollow piece. The mold was made by Walter and is marked on the inside flange with his number. This mold is suitable for molding chocolate.
