Soccer Player

This old chocolate mold is one of a number of different molds that were done with Soccer as the subject.  The Soccer player is running flipping the ball between his feet.  This is one of a series of ‘sports’ molds Vormenfabriek did that included a tennis player, ice skater, a jockey and a referee.  The mold was made by Vormenfabriek, it is marked “Jos Boyen” a distributor in Brussels and with the manufacturers’ number.  The Mold is suitable for molding chocolate.
