This old chocolate mold is a graceful detailed swan with a beautiful dark patina, 8″ x 8 1/2″. This is a 3 piece mold made by Sommet, Paris marked with the manufacturers’ mark – a dancing dolphin. The mold is not suitable for molding chocolate.
